Oriental Cabbage Salad

Oriental Cabbage Salad is a great recipe to use with cabbage, carrots and scallions out of the garden. In addition, this recipe uses a variety of nuts and seeds which provide a great source of vegetable protein.  This recipe will provide a sample portion for 20-25 students.

Rainbow Fruit Parfaits

Rainbow Fruit Parfaits are a fun snack to taste a real rainbow of fruit flavors. Encourage children to eat a rainbow of fruit by providing bowls of fruits for each color of the rainbow and different flavored yogurts. Students will layer yogurt and different fruits for a delicious, healthy snack. Try topping it with Tooty Fruity Nutty Granola for delicious crunch!
